Therapies
Massage therapy is the manipulation of soft tissue to improve health or restore functional use.
All treatments include a consultation, and continuing communication between the therapist and client to ensure a positive experience. This includes things such as updates in the client's health before the treatment, adjustments to pressure during the treatment, and feedback after the treatment.
- Therapeutic massage - Specific assessment and treatment of acute or chronic pain conditions
- Relaxation massage - General treatment to relieve stress and calm the nervous system
- Cupping - Local suction is created on the skin with the application of silicone or plastic cups to reduce pain and increase range of motion

45 minutes - $73

Important Policies
Illness Policy:
- Clients are not required to wear a mask at this time, unless you are ill, in which case you should contact me directly. Please let me know if you would like me to wear a mask during your treatment.
- If you are not feeling well, please contact me at 204-232-7755 so that we can discuss whether it's appropriate for you to attend your appointment or if we need to reschedule.
Treatment of Minors Policy:
- A parent or guardian is required to be in the treatment room for the duration of the appointments of any person under the age of 16
- The first appointment for anyone under the age of 16 will be limited to 30 minutes. The length of any subsequent treatments will be at the discretion of the therapist.
Direct Billing
Direct billing is available to your primary policy under Manitoba Blue Cross or Canada Life only.
If you would like me to direct bill for your treatment, you are required to provide your insurance information before your first appointment. Any amount not covered by the insurance plan for any reason is the client's responsibility and must be paid upon request.
